This privacy notice applies to Bulk Release Archiver for Jira, provided by RenewalHub SA.
What the app does
Bulk Release Archiver for Jira runs inside Atlassian Jira Cloud using Atlassian Forge. It reads Jira release/version information needed to display cleanup candidates and, when an authorized user confirms an action, asks Jira to archive or restore selected releases.
Data processing
The app is designed so that Jira data used by the app remains within Atlassian services and the user's app session.
RenewalHub SA does not operate an external application backend for this app and does not store Jira End-User Data in an external database.
The app does not intentionally send Jira content to third-party analytics, advertising, AI, or logging services.
Data used transiently
To provide the feature, the app may temporarily process in the user's browser information returned by Jira about project versions, such as:
- version/release ID;
- name;
- released/archived/overdue status;
- release date;
- project identifier.
The app does not require issue content, user email addresses, passwords, or Atlassian personal access tokens for its V1 functionality.
Storage and retention
The app does not maintain its own customer-data store. It therefore does not retain Jira End-User Data after the browser session or after uninstall.
Archiving a Jira release changes the release's state in Jira. Jira remains the system of record, and Jira/Atlassian retention behavior is governed by the customer's Atlassian service and Atlassian's applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Third parties
RenewalHub SA does not sell Jira End-User Data and does not share Jira End-User Data from this app with advertising or data-broker services.
The app relies on Atlassian Jira Cloud and Atlassian Forge to operate. Atlassian's processing is governed by the customer's relationship with Atlassian.
Security
The app uses Atlassian Forge and Jira's authorization model. User-initiated Jira API requests are performed in the context of the signed-in user, and Jira permissions continue to control whether a release can be changed.
Changes to this notice
If the app's architecture or data practices materially change, this privacy notice should be updated before or alongside the change.
