Portfolio browsing
The public portfolio pages do not require an account, collect information through a contact form, or load advertising or third-party analytics. They do not intentionally set tracking cookies. When you request a page, the hosting service receives ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Operational logs, if retained, follow the host’s configuration and policies.
Email contact
If you email hello@renewalhub.co.za, we receive your address and the information you include. We use it to respond and provide support. Email delivery and storage necessarily involve our email service provider. Avoid sending passwords, secrets, or private page content. Contact us at the same address to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Earlier renewal-tracking service
The earlier RenewalHub SA renewal-tracking service has been retired. Its account, reminder, and payment features no longer operate on this website. Historical information held by the former service or its providers has not been deleted as part of the website retirement. If you previously used the service, email us to ask about your data or account.
