Does RenewalHub guarantee that deadlines will not be missed?+
No. RenewalHub helps you stay organised and sends email reminders, but reminder delivery is not guaranteed and you remain responsible for final checks, submissions, decisions and actions. Keep your own backup process for critical dates.
Can teams use RenewalHub?+
Yes. You can add team members, assign who is responsible for each item, and control visibility. Consultants can manage multiple client businesses from one login.
How much does RenewalHub cost?+
The Business plan is R249/month and the Consultant plan is R999/month for managing multiple client businesses. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions can be managed from the billing page. Where automatic cancellation is available, you can cancel from within the platform. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.
